 ed gear self-supported ride. Ride a fixed gear bike (no freewheels\, no co
 asting). \nRiders will be given a cue card at the start for the route and 
 are expected to be self-sufficient. Bring tools\, pump\, flat fixing kit (
 with redundancy\, e.g. tube+patch kit)\, food\, water\, and whatever else 
 you need to be out biking all day. There will be a gear check at the start
  to make sure you’re ready.There will be Trinkets and Treats for your Toil
