 ings.Distance: Typically 10–15 miles. Pace: Typically 10–12 mph. Our socia
 l rides will be held two Thursdays a month\, May through September\, with 
 alternating spicy and dirt rides to fill in the gaps. Ride details will be
  posted weekly\, check @handupracing on instagram for updates. Please note
  that social rides will have a variety of end points this year!\n\nThese a
 re NO-DROP rides. We ride as a group and nobody gets left behind. Rolling 
 pace for social series rides will be 10-12 MPH. Please check the route det
 ails each week to see if the ride is right for you\, your bike\, and your 
 fitness level.\n\nBRING THE FOLLOWING: Helmet\, lights\, lock\, water\, & 
 cash to tip.\n\nAll participants must be kind and respectful both on and o
 ff the bike. Follow the rules of the road\, give space to other trail user
 s\, and do not ride in a risky manner. Respect others’ identities\, pronou
 ns\, personal space\, and more. Sexist\, racist\, transphobic\, homophobic
