May the Fourth Be With You Taco Ride with Versus Race Team and EZ Bike Club. Part of Twin Cities Bike Week.
When: Monday, May 4, 2026. Meet at 5:45 PM, roll at 6:00 PM.
Start and Finish: Angry Catfish Bicycle (ACF) → Venture Bikes on the greenway → post-ride sunset social at Powderhorn Park (33rd and 10th side)
Distance: 12-15 miles. Pace: 12-15 mph (mild spice). No drop.
Join Versus and EZ for a spin around town! We will casually regroup at Venture Bikes and then break out to grab tacos to-go from Lake Street restaurants of your choice, and re-meet for a post-ride sunset social at Powderhorn Park (BYOBeverage, all are welcome even if you don’t make the ride). A group will be riding back to ACF at ~8pm.
Cool points if you wear Star Wars swag or bring pocket hot sauce, extra cool points if you equip a lightsaber.
Bring: Helmet, lights, water, lock, flat kit, $$ for tacos and tip, a blanket to sit on.
Lake Street taco/food recs: Mercado Central/Midtown Global Market (close at 8pm), Taqueria y Birrieria las Cuatro Milpas, Manny’s Tortas, El Taco Toro, Taco Taxi, Tacos El Primo Food Truck.
