Sparcle is a free bike lending library during Art-a-Whirl. It’s a way to light up Art-a-Whirl with bicycles! It’s a group ride. It’s incredible destinations in the NE Mpls Arts District. It’s flapjacks and trash chaps. It’s hobby-horse racing.

It’s a partnership between Recovery Bike Shop and the Flux Arts Building.

But most of all it is DISCO COWBOY!

Recovery Bike Shop will be lending out bicycles all weekend. Don’t drive Art-a-Whirl. Just don’t. Don’t park. Don’t stress.

In the words of Freddy Mercury: Get on your bikes and ride! Bring your bike. Borrow one of ours. However you want to do it.

But at 6:00 on Saturday evening, be at Recovery Bike Shop (in the garage). We will close the shop and transition to bike decorating. We will have streamers and spokebeads and bells and LIGHTS!

Then at 8:14pm, we will ride off into the sunset. Surprise destinations await! We will explore the Arts District at night and arrive at the Flux Arts Building for the ultimate Disco Cowboy party!
