Group ride (no-drop) Out and back lunch adventure to Watertown, MN.
When: Sunday, June 28, 2026. Meet at 9:15 AM, roll at 9:30 AM.
Start and Finish: Behind Bars Bicycle Shop
Distance: 64 miles round trip (32 miles out). Pace: 14-18 mph.
Come join @behindbarsbicycleshop ambassador Andy @andyanastigmat leading an out and back lunch adventure to Watertown, MN. Traveling the Luce Line State Trail is a great introduction for those who want to try some longer miles mixing tarmac and gravel. Enjoy the flat countryside route out for some lunch in Watertown, approximately 32 miles from Behind Bars Bicycle Shop. Choose lunch at La Catrina Restaurante & Bar @lacatrinawatertown or grab food from the grocery next door for a picnic. We'll spend about an hour to an hour and a half for lunch then return to Northeast Minneapolis. Full round trip about 7 hours total with 64 miles traveled. Will reschedule if weather is bad.
