The return of Motion On The Mississippi — a night ride along the river with EZ Bike Club.

When: Thursday, May 21, 2026. Meet at 6:30 PM. Roll out at 7:15 PM.

Start and Finish: City House (258 Mill St, Saint Paul, MN 55102). Halfway stop at the Swing Bridge in Inver Grove Heights before heading back.

Distance: 20 miles.

Pace: Two groups available —
• Group A (Spicy): 16-18 MPH average
• Group B (Mild): 13-15 MPH average

Helmets and bike lights required. Bring water and cash! Please review the route, distance, and expected pace beforehand to make sure this ride is for you and your comfort level. Ride within your limits and know your abilities. Be respectful of the group and surrounding traffic at all times — safety always comes first.
